A structured, step-by-step method to move forward calmly and present a solid file.
For each step: the packages concerned, what we do and what we expect from you.
Assessment of your academic background and your constraints to identify the countries best suited to your project.
Applications to the CEGEPs, universities and grandes écoles chosen with you.
Launch of the pre-visa immigration procedures according to the destination.
Structuring of the proof of funds required by embassies (guarantor, AVI, blocked account).
Training to clearly show the consular officer that your study plan is consistent.
Finding accommodation, often requested to prove your address of stay when applying for the visa, then preparing for the journey.
Settling into your country of study to start the academic year with peace of mind.
A refusal is one of the cases planned for from the start. Here is what happens, depending on the step.
A single admission never decides the whole project: your other applications remain under way, and the Plan B (from Premium) or the backup plan (Excellence) takes over, without starting from scratch. If no admission is obtained, the second instalment of fees is not due.
We analyse the reason for the refusal with you and present the possible options in writing: lodging an appeal, submitting a second visa application or asking the institution to defer your enrolment. The visa decision rests with the consular authorities: we do not guarantee it.

We set out our support in a contract, to put our commitments and their limits in writing.
All our services are set out in a contract signed by both parties.
Your bank statements, ID documents and school transcripts are protected. They are only shared with the institutions and consulates you apply to, and with the technical providers needed for your file (see our privacy policy).
We scrupulously follow embassy requirements, ruling out any document falsification.
You are informed of every application submitted and every response received, in your MBM Platform client area.
How the support unfolds, from guidance to departure. Questions about the packages and payment are answered on the packages page.
It depends on the country, the package and the application calendar. As a rough guide, a project often takes six to twelve months to prepare: a few weeks for guidance and the file, then the timelines of each procedure (Campus France in France, CAQ and IRCC in Canada, equivalence in Belgium, I-20 and SEVIS in the United States). These timelines depend on the institutions and the authorities, not on MBM Travel Gate: we cannot guarantee them. From the start, we build a reverse schedule aimed at your chosen intake.
As early as possible. Program places and consular appointment slots go fast. Starting about a year before your target intake leaves time to build a solid file. In Premium and Excellence, this head start is also used to prepare the proof of funds and to set up a Plan B if a response is delayed. The Excellence package adds a backup plan.
A single admission never determines the whole project. Depending on the package, we prepare several applications and a backup plan. If one institution refuses, we activate the other avenues already under way, without starting over.
