No. Our fees cover exclusively our services of consulting, technical assistance, financial verification and support. Visa application fees (consulate), Campus France fees, document translations and tuition fees remain the direct responsibility of the student.
It comes down to the depth of the support. Essential supports you through to admission. Premium supports you through to submitting your visa application and the consular interview, with a dedicated advisor and a Plan B. Excellence supports you from guidance through to settling in on site, with three months of follow-up.
Up to 3 institutions in Essential, 6 in Premium and 10 in Excellence. We prefer a clear cap: each application is reworked for the target institution. Beyond that, an additional quote is drawn up based on your strategy.
Our fees cover a destination, because each country has its own procedures, timeline and document requirements. Opening a second destination is subject to an additional quote suited to your project.
Yes. The tool is the same in all three packages and you can even try it before subscribing. What changes is the work our advisors do on your documents: proofreading in Essential, expert optimization and adaptation to the targeted programs in Premium, documents built to measure and one letter per institution in Excellence.
MBM Travel Gate is an ethical agency: we do not sell visas. A visa or admission refusal does not, on its own, give rise to a refund, provided that we have performed our obligations with due diligence. If no admission is obtained, the second installment of fees is not due. In the event of a refusal, we analyze the reason with you and set out the possible options in writing. For a visa refusal: lodging an appeal, submitting a second visa application or asking the institution to defer your enrolment. The visa decision rests with the consular authorities.
Yes. Payment is made in two stages: 75% on signing the support contract, to actually start the file, then 25% within 15 days of the final confirmation of your admission. For Premium and Excellence, this second installment is paid before the visa application is launched. If no admission is obtained, it is not due.
MBM Travel Gate does not award scholarships and cannot guarantee that you will obtain one: the award is decided by the funding body. We identify the scholarships you are eligible for from Premium onward, and the Excellence package includes the active search and preparation of the file.
