At MBM Travel Gate, we reject these methods. Our commitment to our students and their families is an optimized application file that complies with consular requirements, because it is the only realistic way to convince the consular services.

Our services and our fees are set out in a signed contract. A visa or admission refusal does not, on its own, give rise to a refund, provided that we have performed our obligations with due diligence. If no admission is obtained, the second installment of fees is not due. In the event of a refusal, we analyze the reason with you and set out the possible options in writing. For a visa refusal: lodging an appeal, submitting a second visa application or asking the institution to defer your enrolment. The visa decision rests with the consular authorities.
